Our handcrafted sofas typically take 8 to 12 weeks to manufacture and deliver. This ensures our artisans have sufficient time to meet our high standards of quality and detail.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I buy?
Yes, we offer a complimentary swatch service. You can select up to six fabric samples from our collection, and we will mail them to your home free of charge so you can see and feel the texture in your own space.
What is your return policy for furniture?
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that bespoke or custom-made sofas are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Does my sofa come with a warranty?
Every sofa from Sofas at SCP comes with a 10-year structural guarantee covering the frame and springs, along with a 2-year warranty on upholstery and cushion fillings.
Will the delivery team assemble the sofa for me?
Yes, our 'White Glove' delivery service includes bringing the sofa into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for recycling.
Can I pay for my sofa in installments?
We provide various flexible payment options, including interest-free credit and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' plans through our finance partners, subject to credit approval.
